This straightner sucks!
I thought it was good until I used a real straightner, that was great!
After I used my old one again, it sucked!
It's a piece of sh*t.

At first i thought this was a decent hair straightener but it takes me forever to straighten my thick hair. The plates don't close tightly nor do they get very hot. I imagine this might work for someone with very thin hair, but not for me!
