I bought this product less then a year ago and it CINCHED my hair today. Not only did it CINCH my hair...but the blades melted off as well. I had this iron on for only 5 minutes...it is not like I had it on an hour. In my opinion spend you money on a better product. I have heard several people say that CHI is making a cheaper product but still makes you pay the big bucks! CRAP!!!!!!
