Are you kidding? I had a straight perm done, and it was nearly grown out so i had to buy a straightener. Of course, before that i had a cheap conair one that my mom bought for me without my knowledge. So without knowing a clue about flat irons, and whats best etc, and the difference between each type (and i still don't... [help!]), i bought this iron three years ago and it still works fine. I dye my hair a lot (try going through 7 completely different dye jobs in the past year and half) and i wash/blowdry/iron my hair every day, and people still compliment me on how shiny and nice my hair is. The only thing i have to say negatively about it, is that the outside velvet part rubs off in time if you use the iron to curl your hair as well. three years and going. if it died, i wouldn't know what else to use. |
