At first this straighter was good…just good. I have VERY thick curly hair and live in the VERY humid southern United States. Now after using it for a few months I have to go over each strand 3 or 4 times to get it smooth and it still gets big and frizzy and starts to curl again after an hour or so. I would not recommend this product. I am highly disappointed. My cheap Corioliss does a much better job. I’m getting a Sedu now.

these etraighteners are fab! my PROFRSSINAL hair dresser has them and i dont see y people are complaining.if it makes ur hair get fly aways they r to hot turn them down and if they turrened off on u get over it nothing lasts for ever! i love these and would newer go bak to GHD x

I am PISSED. I had my flat iron for about 8 months now & today while in mid-style, it turned off on me. Now it won't turn on. Half of my head is straight, and to make matters worse, I have a DATE tonight. What am I going to do? I will never purchase thing piece of crap again. It was great but VERY unreliable, and failed me when I needed it most...

I bought this flat iron couple months ago, it works just soso, not that bad, it can straighten hair, but it should perform better to catch up with its price.

I bought this flat iron when the coating on my cheap one started rubbing off. This FHI flat iron is awfull. Left my hair full of fly-aways and the second I walk out the door, my hair turns back into a poof ball. My cheap flat iron was better than this! I'm taking the FHI back today.
