Uh, my mom bought this to curl hair while i use it more for straitening. The 'ceramic' peeled off quickly and now i can smell my hair burning when i use it. conair stinks. if you want a cheap, good iron, ger a revlon

I bought this flat iron and it is a piece of garbage. I've used it twice. I've learned that you get what you pay for. It's not very hot at all. I'm truly sorry I wasted money on it. I wrote to Conair and if I pay a shipping charge, they will have a look at it. I'm not about to spend more money on it. I've thrown it in the trash.

Straightener pulls hair out. I have blonde soft thick hair strands.My hair is not damaged and with this tool, it will damage if I were to keep using.My hair has a wave,dont need something thats going to rip hair out when in good shape.

This iron flats me hair, but it pull it as I pasted it. It works as twicers. I returned this iron, because it was painful to straigh my hair.
