This iron worked for a short amount of time and then I'd have to go over my hair a couple of times to get it really straight. It would always snag/pull out my hair. Not worth the pain. Spend more $ on a more reliable flat iron.

. This straightener was horrible! It would snag and pull my hair, the plate form made it harder for my hair to straighten, and it took me an hour and a half to get a good straight head of hair.

I had this flat iron for only a few months before it died. Also, it tends to pull your hair out when your hair passes over the metal plate edges...you have to work to keep your hair in the exact center of the iron Ouch!!! Not worth the expense when it is an appliance you depend on for decent looking hair. Splurge and get good quality
