I have been thru 3 of these straighters-model 345044-they work for about 2 months and then quit. will never use them again and don;t rely on Sally's for advice on anything in the store becuase they have said there are no problmes with them however my hairdresser knows them to be crap and I have been finding alot of ppl saying the same thing

I purchased a newer jilbere flat iron at Sally's for 49.00. And it worked great until about 6 months when all of the sudden it just stopped working. The power light would come on but it would not heat up. I have searched the web since then to see if any other people had this problem to and "YES" the same thing. NOT GOOD!!!!

I HATE THAT MOTHER EFIN THING.IT WAZ SOOOOO CHEAP. I COULD HAVE BOUGHT A THONG WITH THAT MONEY.....

I bought this flat iron for really cheap at Big Lots, for like $8, because I was in a hurry of finding a really cheap straightner and get home. Well I plugged it in, and it didn't even get hot enough to straighten my hair. I let it heat up for 1/2 and hour, still hardly any heat. I COULD ACTUALLY REST MY HAND ON IT, without it getting hot. (At the hottest heat setting) I quickly threw it away.

It worked GREAT and then it started to break and the parts became loose and fell odd and it didnt work for a long time only a few monthes.
