This was sold to me by my beauty shop for $140. They said it was the same as a CHI. What a rip off. It never gets hot enough to straighten.

I've had the wigo ceramic flat iron for close to a year now. It works well, however the ceramic coating started to chip. I would suggest using your money to buy a better quality iron.

Smells while heating

It definately works on any type of hair - thick or fine.
The only thing I couldn't tolerate was how it smelled. Boy, it stunk. I don't know if it would get better after using it for longer but I just returned mine and ordered Bion fine ceramic digital iron.
