this is the first one i have ever used other than the ones that cost 150 that actaully worked!!! i have very nappy frizzy curly thick hair and usually with a blow dryer and fat curling iron it takes me forever to staighten and its still not flat and smooth but with this it was very fast and easy and worked wonderfully!!! i was extatic~

I got this one at Job Lot for only $15! It works well, but I think my hair gets snagged on it a bit even with those rollers. It has been only a couple of months since I bought it, but it works fine. It is not worth $50, though!

I am furious. I have bought 3 of these in the past one year. Every single one stopped working. The temp. dial on the side broke on one of them so for a month, I couldn't tell what the setting was. Then that one quit all together as well. I am furious. I will not buy another Hot Tool product. I don't even know haw to contact the company to complain.
