i straighten my hair every day and i have tried tons of different types of flat irons, but this one didn’t impress me either. it still left my hair wavy and VERY puffy and frizy. :/ i am not too happy with it. I would suggest you to get the bion flat iron.

I have had nothing but problems with this flat iron. The first one I purchased, within 6 months of using it, the handled melted completely off, so I was able to trade it in for another, and believe it or not, the same thing happened. This product has some serious problems!!

I have gone though many flat irons, and this one by far is the BEST EVER! I have really think, dry hair, plus alot of frizzies!!! But after using this my hair become soft, shinny, and no more noticeable frizz. Highly Recommend! Best of all it keeps your hair straight for day! THe best you will ever by for a great price

I had this straightener for 2 days, then it melted at the handle, so I got an new one and it did the same thing. The straightner smelled awful and It took me forever to strighen my hair. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. It is a waste of money!
