It was horrible. It was hard to use and didn't straighten my barely wavy hair. I work in a beauty supply store and when people come to the register to buy this I tell them not to.

You can´t control the temperature like other brands. It doesn´t work properly cause it doesn´t heat.

I just wasted my money. I Don´t recommend to buy this item

wow! I never thought Id be so satified with something to write a review about it! This straightner is the best..it has the ionic feature as well as the steam freezer..my only gripe is that it has an annoying ticking noise when the steam feature is used It worked both in dry LA climate and Humid NY climate....my hair is naturally dry and frizzy and it left it shiny and straight, very glossy without the "flat iron" burnt hair smell...I could still smell my Lush coconut conditioner afterwards..in fact it enhanced the smell..I recommend this product to everyone..it's inexpensive and worth the low cost that it is..

don't waste your money on this. it doesn't even straiten. each morning i have to keep going over the same measly strip of hair til i just give up. its a complete waste of $$

I got my straightner 4 months ago for Christmas and now one of the plates has comlelty broken off the handle get only worked for about the first month and it doesn't stay but for about 20 minutes and not in the weather. And i wish i could take it back but i can't.
