I bought this is Detroit over a year ago and I'm still using it. I love it. I've cut my hair shorter so now its harder to use but other than that I think its a great product!

I have had mine for about a year. It worked great up until about 3 months ago when the ceramic purple coating started melting to my hair. It also started to smell burnt, not so good!
Mine broke after a couple months! All of the sudden there was this overwhelming burning stench, and now it won't heat up enough to straighten anything! I would definitely not recommend this product!

I have had this flat iron for almost three years and i use it atleast 5 times for the week sometimes more and it has been more than faithful to me... it works miracles for my curly hair...great product.

I used mine twice a week for about 3 months and mine also broke. It wasn't even very effective when it was in working order. I would not reccomned this flat iron.
