I got the FHI straightener as a gift, and really liked it for about a month. After a month, the spring stopped working that makes the flat iron open after each time I flatten a piece of hair, so I have to use my fingers to pry it open to I can straighten the next section of hair. It seems to be a bit dangerous, but Ulta refused to return it, and since I paid $100, I guess I'll just have to use it. I would not recemmend FHI products to anyone.

I bought a fhi from target for 119.00 last week and I don't like it doesn't do the job as my ghd did and a nano from walmart did :( I was so excited to get it and I wasted my money

im a stlist at a local salon here in hawaii,we have 5 locations and most of us use FHI styling tools,i can honestly say its a great tool to have as part of my arsenal
we use our FHI styling tools 10 as much as the average person and it always comes trough and dose the job!

I have had the FHI Runway for 6 months. It pulls my hair out when I straighten it. I have had the CHI and GHD and none of these products have done that. For what I have paid for it, it was not worth it. I am extremely disappointed in this product.

I purcahse an FHI and I love the results I get after using it. I prefer the irons with a heat control and this is what I purchased. However, after 8 months of using it the cord short circuit and I had to return it to the company I purchased it from. I didn't like paying over 100 bucks for an iron an having to pay shipping twice to receive it and return back.
