Terrible for naturally curly hair

I bought this product at a Trade Secret in Shakopee, MN and was told that this product was top of the line and for a great price. It doesn't get hot enough to straighten my hair, and leaves it frizzy and fluffy. My worst nightmare!!!

I bought this iron at Trade Secrets salon and was told by the clerk ... "this is a GREAT iron" and it was only on sale because they will no longer be carrying the item. Now I know why! It is EXTREEMLY loud and it does not get nearly hot enough to straighten my daughter's hair. Trade Secret has a 'company policy' not to return clearance items and I never would have purchased it had I known the policy.... I won't buy a Hot Tools item again and I won't shop at Trade Secret's either!

I bought this straightener because it was the most exspensive hot tools at the store, so i assumed it was the best. It doesnt work! It takes forever to straighten my hair and it still leaves it wavey!

I bought one, then left it on by mistake and when I came home and turned it off, the light would come on and it would never get hot again, so I took it back and got another, now it is doing the same thing. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! It does not work!!! I decided to give this a try after my other one broke, what a mistake. I went the same day to return it.
