Previously to trying the Conair Ceramic flat iron, I tried the Conair Straight Styles pro flat iron, which worked awful on my hair. I bought this other Conair product for a few dollars more, raising my expectations. This one doesn't work much better than the other one. It takes a minute to heat up and even after I run it through my hair a few times, it's still not straight. Maybe this is because of the fact that I have thick, wavy hair, so this may be more suitable for people with a thinner, finer hair texture. Also, whenever I go outside, it gets frizzy and curly very quickly and easily. I encourage you to buy a product that may be a little beyond your budget, because at least your hair will be straighter for a much longer period of time than the Conair Ceramic flat iron. |
