PIECE of SH*! - worked great for 1 yr. then just died. Gets way too hot and burns your hair. DO NOT BUY!

as a professional hair dresser for over 20 years, I can say this is the best flat iron available...and at under $200, a good deal! I have had mine for over 2 years, never had a problem, consistent even heat, easy to use. I have used this on all hair types, and textures and it always results in smooth and shiny hair. I have done side by side tests with other leading irons, and the difference is noticeable..the bion outperforms all the others! For the people who complain about burning their hair with this or any iron, pay attention to the temperature setting, and the iron must not be held in place, rather keep it moving along the hair shaft. It is not like a curling iron where you can hold it in place...smooth even strokes from the scalp to the ends is how it is done, and part the hair in manageable sections, the results will be worth it!

I'm looking for the best iron, but I want to know why this one in particular is soo expensive. What does it have the other iron doesnt?

This is THE best flat iron I have ever used in my life! Makes you look like you have come from the salon every day! I am a Black person with long hair and it just melts my hair into silk. People think I wear a wig, my hair is so straight and silky. I love it. And it doesn't cause damage because I use a heat protector on my hair and I only have to use it once every 3 days or so. GREAT!!!!

THIS FLAT IRON IS BAD AND THE PRICE IS TO HIGH. LITEN TO ME DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY IT IS GOING TO BURN YOUR HAIR AND IT BRAKS EASLY. I HAD MINE FOR 1 MONTH AND IT DID NOT WORK!
