I would say it is better than I expected. Since it is round in shape, I can also use it as a curling iron to give me a wavy look.

This flat iron did a GREAT job until the cord shorted out after just 1 year of ownership. Like the other user who said her cord shorted out, I was very gentle with my flat iron and took very good care of it. This is unacceptable considering how much you pay for it. I had a flat iron from Target that I bought for $24.99 and owned for 3 years! It never gave out on me. I replaced it because it didn't do as good of a job as the more expensive ones. Too bad the expensive ones can't be more durable!

I wouldn't say it is perfect, cause i actually expected it to be better when i paid 139 bucks for it. It is just fine and, well, acceptable result. No regret at least.
