I purchased this flat iron last summer after using other flat irons that left my thick shoulder length hair looking frizzy. This iron is easy to use, sturdy, does not pull or snag hair and leaves my hair nice and smooth. I sometimes do not even use serum on my hair and it still looks great. I am very pleased so far and hope that this ron continues to work well.

I bought this flat iron in march 2005, its now october 2005, and it worked EXCELLENT up until today, i went to turn it on, and it just doesnt turn on, heat up, nothing. It was great, until today.

I have dry/damaged curly hair thats been chemically processed for years. With just a little bit of heat protector this iron will make your hair straight and smooth. I love how easily it glides through my hair without pulling it. What i like best about this iron is that it doesn't seem to fry your hair like other irons i have used and it has various temperature settings. I bought this iron at folica for only $88. Its worth it.

I have used SEVERAL different professional flat irons and SOLIA is the only one that has provided me with what I was looking for - STRAIGHT, SOFT, SILKY SMOOTH hair. I have over processed dry hair and you would NEVER tell after I use the Solia 1-1/4"inch flat iron.

my old hot tools flat iron broken, i bought this as a replacement. it is very effective and easy to use. i am very happy with the results.
