just decent

My friend has this straightener. I have used it a number of times, but it works as good as any other decent straightener. The sleekness only lasts a couple hours, so it probably will not stay straight in the wind or humidity. It is a little too bulky for my taste, and can be too hot to touch. The straightener could be worth it if it were maybe about $15-20 less.

I got hot tools last christmas and i had it for about 2 months untill the ceramic started coming off. Eventully it ALL came off, so i emailed the company and they sent me a new one. I had the new one for about a month and then it started comeing off again. I WAS FURIOUS. I dont think it is worth the money. There is much better.

this flat iron is ok considering its price..it does make your hair str8 but its still frizzy...i have the chi one now and it works alot better..if you don't have alot of money to spend than buy this one b/c it works pretty good considering its price..one thing that i don't like about this flat iron is that one day it just stopped heating up so you will probably have to buy one about every year or so.i brought this orginally at ulta for only $27 so go there

Cheap but it works

I bought it from my hair salon. It works fine. NOT GREAT but for only $35 it does straighten. My sister has the CHI turbo ceramic and WOW what a difference when I borrowed hers for a night! Bottom line, if you don't want to spend a lot of money it works. And if you want drop dead gorgeous, healthy hair- get something else.
