Everyone, or at least where I am from, assume the Chi to be the highest quality straitener you can buy. I have very thick frizzled hair, so I straiten it every day. I had been using a straigtener of average quality, but my hair was still not a straight as I liked, so I bought a Chi. The first thing I noticed is my hair was very straight, but when I felt my hair, it felt like it does when I spray too much hair spray in it. So basically, if you hair is simply curly, but naturally smooth, the Chi is the right choice for you. But if you hair is frizzy, like mine is, go for another type. The ones that have worked best for my frizzy, unsmooth hair have been the T3 (www.sephora.com) and the coriolis (can be found in most malls) |
