Very Disappointed

I have had my Chi Flat Iron less than a year and am quite disppointed that it has started to short out. It was highly recommended to me by my hairdresser and it has worked great, but about a month ago I noticed the light starting to off and on intermittently and eventually shut off. I did not expect this to happen with the hefty price tag that it carries.

This flat iron works great at first but then begins to short out after some time. You have to play with the cord until the light goes on and let it heat up enough so you can use it until it shorts out again. If you waste your money on this you will definitely be sorry. I thought I was the only one with this problem until I came on here and began talking to salons. It is returned A LOT for this!

my hair is thick and naturally curly. the cheap irons dont work. I was so desperate!! the chi completely straihtens my hair and shows off my awesome hair cuts! Love it!
I love the CHI flat iron. One of my good friends has one and she used it ti straighten my hair and I LOVE the way my hair turned out. I was totally shocked because I just now finally realized what I have benn missing out on all these years. I have been using a cheap flat iron for about 7 years now and I never could get my hair straight. I got to go out and by a CHI.!!!
