My CHI flatiron works great on my hair and I love it! Problem is, the pads came off, and the wires disconnected at the base of the iron, making it unusable.

i got my chi for christmas 2 years ago and i was the best straightner i have ever used i think it is better than the SEDU! BY FAR. in clear lake it is so humid that nothing can keep your hair straight, but this iron. it broke one day when it fell in my sink. so i had to go buy a new one, and this new one works just as good as the other one i had

in my family we all have dimples and 3x as much hair as a person needs. combine that with semi-course texture and aggresive curls and you have a straightening nightmare on your hands. The chi is quick, easy and a lifesaver! Couldn't be happier. Just purchased my 12 yr old one of her own as a birthday gift so I can keep track of mine!

I got my flat iron for christmas and two months later it started shorting out. I went and exchanged and two week later same thing and light stops flickering and it stops heating.
