well..i have been wanting one for my 14th birthday which was yesterday and we ordered one so it should be here in 2 more days hopefully since my mom had to order it..i have used my friends once and it worked like magic...it was soo great...i have two helen of troy straightening irons and the ceramic one recently broke so i now need a new one!! but like everyone has one at my school and they say is GREAT!!...my hair is curly, medium langth and takes about an hour to fix and then when i walk outside it goes BOOM!! and time was just wasted and nuthing has been able to make my hair look great except a chi...!!

I have had this product less than a year and all of a sudden it stopped heating up.

Now I can finally say that I love my hair. I always had to keep it cut really short because I could never fix it on my own. Ever since I got the Chi I can fix my own hair in about 15 min. I have also been growing it out to almost past my shoulders. I dont know what I would do without my Chi.

In my salon almost everyone uses a CHI. I have used countless other brands, including Strate Perm Perm and T3 Tourmaline all to be disappointed and going back to the CHI again. We use our irons everyday and they don't seem to go out on us. I've heard they break a lot, though my experience has shown with everyone in my salon using them everyday they still work like they just came out of the box. It is the only iron that really does smooth the hair and doesn't make it seem dry and frizzy.
