I am in love with this product. As a hairstylist I have tried many flat irons in the past and was never satisfied with the end results, but my clients and I love, love, love the chi iron!!!!!!!

I have owned my CHI for 5 years now....Unfourtently I have to replace it after all these years, although it has been a excellent flat iron. I did have electrical probelms w/it but I think it caused by wraping the cord when traveling. Overall I advise others to by this product. Great I will be buying another on to replace my old one!

I work in a high end beauty store and be probably sell about 3-6 Chi's a day and let me tell you in the 4 years I have worked there i have seen maybe 10 been returned.. All these people saying it shorts? Well how ofter do you drop it? I have had a chi for two years and have had not one problem.. and My mom also.. I said i would never pay that kinda of money for a flat iron but let me tell you... ITS AWESOME..

HORRIBLE. broke after only 3 months, only used it once a week! even when it did work, worked HORRIBLY. go with a sedu or solia!

I have had my chi now for about 5 years and its still going strong, I have been fortunate. I have read A LOT of reviews about how the Chi's breakdown in a matter of months. I have a thick/waivy hairtype. Ya gotta take a gamble in purchasing an expensive iron, just like anything in life but I honestly have to say it is the best $100 I have spent! : )
