let me tell you this product is well worth it's price. i've had it for 4 years!!! finally out of nowhere one day it's button wouldnt close off completely so i think as of now i either have to unplug it to turn it off, or buy a new one..just not sure which product would be better than this one!

excellent, expensive but well worth it. I don't even have to blow dry it straight 1st like before with previous straightners. let hair dry & straighten my long hair in 5 minutes

do not waste your time... i have had mine less than 3 months and it is broken. out of nowhere, just stopped working. i never dropped it or damaged it in any way. i saved the box and warranty but have misplaced the receipt which means i am out of luck. buy something else.

OMG! This flat iron is AMAZING! I was struggling with so many different brands before I came across Hai. My hair is thick and long and now it looks healthy and thinner. You don’t even need to blow dry your hair straight! I’m extremely PLEASED!

This product is a rip off!!!! I spent more on this iron and expect a better quality product. But this one damaged my hair. I used it for only one week and it made my hair dry out and ends split. The next day I got my ends cut and they were still split.
