I love this flat iron. I have extremely coarse, thick hair and this straightener works better than my CHI turbo did, and it's much cheaper! The difference in my hair from right after I dry it to after I straighten it is incredible. It's perfect!

I love my convertable, i am a stylist and i find it so easy to use. It does wonderful on my own hair compared to all the others.

I owned three of these flat irons and all three shorted out after 1 year. I loved it while it worked, but am tired of the hassle of it breaking down. I bought mine at a salon, however so I was able to return the broken ones for a replacement. For those wondering how to return it to the company, they are located in Poway, CA, but the business name is listed as Hair, Art and Information. Hope that helps anyone trying to return one.

I just purchased my first HAI flat iron. I've had two Babyliss irons in the past and although they heat to almost the same temperature as the HAI, there is no comparison in how well they straighten my hair. There's a noticable difference in the quality of the straightener. So far so good!
