I'm lost without this iron! The first one I purchased for $120, lasted 2 years. It developed an electrical problem where the cord attached to the iron.I loved it so much I purchased another this time it was only $70 & they improved the cord BUT it just broke! Now one of the plates won't stay attached. Here I am again at Folica purchasing another iron but not this one. If you are gentle with your styling tools this is a great product

I have two that are broken and I don't know which other one to buy that will last more than one year. It seems that after my one year warranty expires--my flat iron shorts out. I can't find an electrician or appliance repair center to fix it. HAI should do something to improve their product!

I have had my flat iron about 2 years; and like i hear from everyone else; the cord is starting to shorten out on my. I can not find any way to contact the manufacturer-does anyone know? I think for $130 it should last longer than 2 years.

I had my hai for about 2 years and i loved it! But this last weekend it left me high and dry! Ive been having trouble with the cord shortening out and just when i had half of my hair flat it cut out on me! So there i was resulting in curly hair and a bad night!

I will like to say i purchse Three already except i keep haveing the same problem all the time i purchse the hai convertable ceramic flat iron may 9 months agao and the swrivl cord does not work it gets a short some were i've told the place were i purches it except they said i need to contract the manerfacture i can't see to get a phone number or a addresses or e-mail so i could return it can you help me!!!
