This flat iron is awful! It died on me after about 6 months. The process was also really annoying because sometimes it would work for a few secondes and then die and suddenly start back up again. Definitely find a different straightener!

My hairdresser used this iron on my hair once and I have begged her ever since to find one for me. Well, I finally got mine and I absolutely love it! So far I haven't had any problems with it and I've used it nearly everyday for the last year or so. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but worth every penny. :-)

Well, I received it as a Christmas present, and I have to say it did a great job on my hair. Unfortunatley it only lasted 3 months, and would no longer turn on.

This is the best straightening iron ever! Last year, I needed an iron and I wanted a Chi because I had heard they were the best... However, I was a little short on cash, and saved a bundle by trying the HAI... My friend, with outrageously curly hair and a Chi, came over one day and used my iron before we went out to a club... After seeing the adjustable temperature, quick heat, and ease of use, she was so upset that she wasted her money on the Chi which didn't straighten her hair as well! Yay Hai Iron!

i always wanted straight hair in my life but my hair is sooo curly and out of control for my b day i wanted a starigher its called hot tools and i told my mom but she got me the HAI i was soooo mad b/c she got the wrong one and she told me it was the best b/c it costed 100 and the lady told her it was the best i love it even throw i only had it for like a week but now i have long stright hair and i am sooo happy the best presient ever
