THEY ARE RIP OFFS. I MEAN THEY WORK FANTASTIC, TRUST ME, AMAZING, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT WITH IT. BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS, MAYBE A YEAR IT WILL DIE RIGHT AFTER WARRANTY IS THRU. THIS ****NG COMPANY

I have had my Chi oringial 1 inch flat iron for about 2 years - it has had a short in the wiring that I have been dealing with for at least 1 year and now it has just stopped working - I would have liked to have at least gotten a couple of more years out of it for the price - I feel jipped! I see other people are complaining about the same issue - is the company going to do anything about this?

I completely agree with the review by Ryan P. below. The exact same thing happened to me. The cord lost connectivity and therefore the iron doesn't heat up anymore. I spent 179.00 on it and it lasted barely a year. I just bought a new FHI. Hopefully it works a lot better!!!

i had my chi turbo for 4 years and it worked GREAT i got my moneys worth in those 4 years and one week it wasn't working like normal not geeting as hot ...then in the middle of doing my hair one day one side quit and 5 mins later the other side .... but all and all it was great i had it for a long time
