I bought this flat iron and have fallen in love with it. For years I was buying the cheap ones from local stores such as Fred Meyers and they always seems to fry my ends and make my hair look dry no matter what product I put in my hair. Since buying this iron my hair is NOT DRY, it's soft, shiny and stays beautifully straight all day. You can also do cute flips with it too which I love.

I LOVE THIS FLAT IRON SO MUCH, I USE IT EVERY OTHER DAY AND HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.OF COURSE IT DOES BURN UR HAIR ALITTLE COME ON GIRLS ITS HEAT! BUT I USE OILS TO GUARD MY HAIR BEFORE FLAT IRONING IT.I THINK ITS VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE, THE QUALITY IS GOOD SO U KNOW WHAT PEOPLE SAY "U GET FOR WHAT U PAY FOR",THIS WAS THE BEST PURCHASE AS A WOMEN I HAVE DONE.

Great product until it stops working!

My first one burnt out just before my 1 year mark, I got a new one as warranty replacement. Almost one year to the date my "new" one stops working, this time it is the swivel cord. You have to twist and turn it to sometimes get the light to come on and it won't hold heat. Very disappointed!

This is a great product! I use mine DAILY and it is still working perfectly after more than three years. It gets my very curly hair super straight. I am 100% satisfied with my Chi Flat Iron.
