I absolutely fell in love with this flat iron that my poor boyfriend bought for me last Christmas. I had no idea it would be broken just 5 months later!!! Please, save your money (and your poor heart) and buy something cheaper that will actually last (maybe Ceramic Tools?)

Don't waste your money thinking, "But it's a CHI!" The Turbo CHI lasts for less time than the original!! 6 months MAX!! If you only use it a few times a week. To Bad!

I was in love with my CHI, but it stopped working suddenly after only 6 months and I feel cheated! I spent so much money and now I have nothing. Would never buy another product of theirs.

So far this iron works great. I had a hot tools Pro but it stoped heating up. My stylist, Philip Pelusi, told me about this iron. After going to a beauty supply store and spending almost $200 i have to say. WHY?? i think this iron works about as well as my old hot tools which i paied $50 for. Don't get me wrong, it does leave my hair smooth and shiny. It remains straight until i wash it out. THE ONLY THING IS:: MY FRIEND AND I BOUGHT THESE AT THE SAME TIME. HERS BROKE IN ONE WEEK. I HOPE MINE DOESNT OR ELSE I WILL BE SOOOO MAD

I am a master stylist and I liked this iron at first, but after a few months the ceramic began to peel so it felt like I was doing moredamageto myclients hairthan good. I switched tothe FHI Limited Edition and could not be happier!
