i thought this flat iron was wonderful on my thick corse wavy hair until one day it just stopped working for no reason. I paid alot of $$ for this and it just died on me...for that reason i will have to give it a poor raiting.

the Chi is amazing at first but after a few months went dead and then the plate just fell right off.. i never neglected it! all my other friends have had the same problem! if you are going to buy it then make sure you arent buying it for the long run.. buy it in a store where you can take it back

Greatest flat iron ever because of its easy and safe way to use. Hair is shiny and silky and it really just is the perfect straigtener invented!

I purchased this iron in January and thought it was wonderful until it just stopped working for no apparent reason. It's only 7 months old and I spent a lot of money for it. Buyer's beware!!!
