The iron when you first plug in it smells awful. The out side of it gets hot and it is hard to press together to make the hair smooth. Not a bad product but not a good one either. It also snaps my hair off.

The title of this product is misleading. They have no right to call it "professional" because no pro would use this item. It may be inexpensive, but the results are also cheap. I tried this product and I have wavy hair and it left my hair frizzy, still semi wavy and puffy. There was not a single decent patch of nice straight hair after hours of attempts. DO NOT,I repeat, DO NOT waste your money on this product. You will regret it!
Eh, it's the lowest form of alllll right. It's kinda bulky so it's not east to get close to the root with out burning your scalp or your fingers. It straightens alllll right, but my hair still has though frizzy hairs that dont get straightened.

This sucks. I have very long curly hair and it used to take me hours to straiten my hair with my hot tools flat iron. I switched to a ceramic BaByliss, and it it only takes me about 15 minutes, and it doesn't burn my hair. DONT BUY ONE OF THESE
